OK, so this product mixes yoga with ballet moves and stretches! Its great! My mom and I had heard about it a while ago, and never got around to finding it or anything. Then on day at khols we found the set for $5! It came with two dvds and a small bouncy ball good for crunches and sustaining your legs or arms in place. I think that everyone should try it! Its great!

Sounds interesting and right up my alley!
Sadly though, I buy or rent these fitness videos but rarely use them. My intentions are always good, but nothing I find is as good as a live class!

I have a creative movement/dance DVD called Up Down & All Around that I created for kids and adults to dance and stay fit together. It is for kids ages 2 and up.
