I haven't really looked for basic warm-ups online before but I came across these two sites.

Were you looking for technical warm-ups or just warm-ups to get the muscles moving?
As for arms... lots of port de bra combintations! .. work slowly through all the positions, you can use the feet/legs too or just stay in first. Holding them up in 2nd, 5th or 1st or even finger tips on your shoulders. Don't forget push-ups and arms circles (out to the side). Also working through a tor jete slowly with or with out jumping is great for arms. (1st, to 5th to 1st arabesque.) Remember it's a great time to practice using your head and to follow your hands.
I hope that helped somewhat. There are so many things we could suggest.
Best of luck to you and your class.
