Refund Policy

Business Listings

Canceling your business listing - Refunds will be made in full if you cancel your business listings within 14 days of listing your business. After which time, you will only be eligible to receive refunds on any full months remaining on your subscription. This only applies to subscriptions paid yearly that are terminated before the end of the subscription period.

Downgrading your business listing - If you change from a yearly subscription to a monthly subscription or change from a higher cost plan to a lower cost plan, you will receive credit for any full months remaining on your current subscription and your new subscription will be adjusted to start when the amount of credit from your existing subscription has been exhausted.

Advertisements are paid in full when the advert is approved by our review team. At our discretion we may offer a credit under certain circumstances. Any such credit will be prorated based on the number of impressions you paid for and the number of times the advert has been displayed on our web site.
